   J.M. Harper, who has been ill for
quite a while, is gradually getting worse.
   Jas. Shumate is doing a rushing busi-
ness cutting lumber at this place. Jim
is a hustler.
   Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Pettry, who have
been confined to their rooms for some
time with typhoid fever, are slowly im-
